I am in Spain. I signed up for Global Services before I left the US. I did not dial *611 while in the US to activate Global Services. The phone has no service in Spain. What can I do to activate Global Services? Thanks!

My data roaming is on.
My international CDMA is on.
I am running version 7.1.1
No service.
