Can my ringtones be retrieved after they disappeared after an update?

Where might they be?

I don't know if anything else is missing.

Hey cari4n6,  Not the ringtones! I love customizing my phone as well.  Have you checked in your ringtone settings to see if they are still there? What type of phone do you have?  Provide us with more details to better assist.
