Have you tried to turn up your in-call volume during the call?

Now that I think of it, I am not sure that the reset had anything to do with this because I have had successful phone calls since the reset... Just this morning the issue came up...
You need to hear those important voices MTGurl! Are you still having difficulties? Do you have any sound at all, such as using your browser, music or apps? Is your toggle switch set "on" for sounds? Have you tested earphones with it? Let's get to the bottom of this!
