Same exact thing with me! I hope I haven't screwed it up and lost my contacts forever just because I already activated my new phone! I downloaded all of my contact info to Backup Assistant, but I can't figure out how to get it onto my iphone now.

While Backup Assistant is not compatible with iPhones, we do have an application called VZ Contact Transfer that transfers your info from Backup Assistant to the iPhone. After the update, I cannot transfer/sync without an error message popping up. It says it was interrupted everytime.The verizon contact transfer app used to sync fine before update.
dstanley528 - Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? Has it started working for you?

i tried all of that deleting and redownloading it and i got the same result please let me know if theres anything i can do because i do not want all of my backed up contacts to be deleted due to no sync withmin 30 days...
So my phone reset and now i do not have a dang contact because the back-up assistant app has been down for 3 days now thanks Verizon!!!!!! Short time on the contract left!!!
