I've had my phone for about 18 months and I've noticed the battery is performing rather poor. Can Verizon do a battery diagnostics test? I know Apple can, but all we have is a Simply Mac store and they charge for every little thing (even when my phone was under warranty) and I really don't have the cash for them to tell me I need a new battery when I'm almost positive that's the case. I have to charge my phone twice a day even when it's on standby with only one or two things giving me notifications.
Apple over the phone can do an over the air test then Verizon can replace it. If you have the extended warranty with Verizon you can call to say your battery is bad and have them replace the phone.
