Block my number when calling out

I just used *67 to call a 800 number and this did not work?   Why?

Goodness! It should work for you, nautigirl. When you dialed the number as entered, what did you hear? How do you know if it did not work?

You cannot block 800-877-888-900 numbers with that feature.

Companies pay for these numbers and harvest the callers. The phone company (Verizon) should have known that.
