As you know, Verizon offers the feature of blocking up to 5 numbers for 90 days. Recently, the # I am blocking is getting through the block. How is this?//How I can prevent it?
Have you verified that phone number is still listed in the blocked numbers? How are they getting around the block? Are they leaving voice messages? Or something else?

Numbers that show up on our block list should never have a way of getting through. Did you verify the number was still blocked as suggested by Ann154? I notice you have an iPhone, does the user you're blocking also have an Apple product? If so, verify that iMessages is off as this communicates with the Apple ID.
