We have light gel cases, that was never a problem before. Generally 3 bars. And yes, we've reset the networ, dialed *228, updated everything on the phone we could think of.
He has a 5c, I have a 4...we've been Verizon Wireless for a while. I have to think since it's happening to both of us, in the home and away from home, that it may not be our phones. Something has to have changed in the area. Wouldn't that make more sense?

CoachDonna,
Thank you very much for trying those steps for us. Another step that I would like for you to test out would be to remove the sim card from the iPhone 5c. Just to have the phone do a differnt sync with the network. This link will give you the steps on how to remove that sim card: http://vz.to/1vra0Rl Please keep us posted.

I'll try that tonight. But that won't solve the IPhone 4 problem since that one doesn't have a sim card.

CoachDonna,
Thank you for trying th steps provided with removing the SIM card. Keep us posted on how that works out. Per the zip provided previously I do see that the area may have network opportunities. How far do you have to travel before service improves? When you leave your home area do you still experience dropped calls?

Nothing seems to have changed with removing and replacing the sim card.
Yes, the calls do drop away from the house. Or calls go straight to
voicemail even though we are holding the phone in our hand awaiting a call.
We haven't strayed far from home recently, so I'd say it is consistent at
least within a 15-20 mile radius. I noticed today at home that the phone
was going from 1x to 3G and from one bar to three, all in exactly the same
spot.

Just was on a business call and the call was dropped FOUR times. This has
to stop. How do we accelerate finding out the problem? Since it's not
just one phone what else could it be?
Thanks.

Thanks for providing this insight. Have you ever had a network ticket completed for the described issue along with the problem area?

*611 or 1800-922-0204 you have to speak to Tech Support
Use option 4, then say agent over and over. You should get someone pretty quick.
Tell them you want to open a trouble ticket and tell them the exact trouble.
Good Luck
