Hello, my wife and I recently purchased iPhone 4's and we can both send and receive text messages. But when we texted family member who use other carriers, they receive our text but we don't receive the text messages they send back. Any help at all would be appreciated. We just switched carriers and this Is not a good way to start. Thanks!
The port itself might be fully complete. Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another line or *611 from your phone and have them check on that.
