Can you get FamilyBase to work with 4s?

I set a time limit in familiy base but it only works on text messaging. Apps and Safari can still be used anytime. How can I limit all phone usage?

Hello billzitomer. A great feature about iPhones is that Apple has installed their own restrictions that can be managed right from the phone. While you aren't able to manage time or usage restrictions directly from the phone, you can still restrict access to certain applications on the iPhone.
