Would I have to pay the extremly high ETF for canceling if I have only had my phone since July?
I got my phone and was told I would have full coverage at my house (according to the map) and now I will drop calls at my house. Becuase too many people are using the tower service (according to verizon) it is so frustrating to answer a call and it hang up...hopefully it isn't an emergency or i don't need to call 911
Can someone help me

The ETF for smartphones is $350 minus $10 per month for each month of service you have completed in your two year contract.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Service is never guaranteed to wrok in a home. Just the way signals work.. Newer homes have thick insulation to save you money on your electricity bill
Do you have high speed internet? You can try a network extender if home coverage is a big deall
ETF is because you got a Verizon assisted subsidized phone
