Verizon is WAY more EXPENSIVE than ANY other provider and I can't even get customer service. I am paying more for the smallest package than I would be for unlimited elsewhere. I think it is ridiculous that I cannot use all the DATA THAT I PAY FOR WITHOUT BEING CHARGED EXTRA PER MONTH TO TURN IT OFF.

Yes! I went on the website close to the end of my last cycle just to make
sure that they were all on. I did not receive the emails either (last
month, not this month)
