We also had the same thing happen to one of our phones. It used all out data 2 days into June billing cycle. We have never came close to using all our data. Customer service just said we will up your data usage this month. It all happened at night when we were sleeping. Not a fun thing to wake up to in the morning, three text messages about data usage.
Oh wow I am not alone. There's definitely some kind of problem on their network.
This is absolutely insane.
My mom's phone has mobile data OFF and they still record usage!

Now that I see this thread and from what me and you discussed deasong1 I'm wondering if there's been a Data glitch in the System and it's pushing out False data information to users.. If so I hope Verizon's Data Management Team is on it Quickly. b
Has Verizon address this with you? I've used no more than 1.6 GB in the last 6 months, this month alone I've used 1.5 GB from my Twitter app. Something is clearly wrong with Verizon and Iphone 5.
