Help is right here, front and center deloyarhossain! May I ask did you add the device id to your mobile number via My Verizon? Also, is your old smartphone turned off? Can I assume that you purchased your device directly from us? If so then please send us a private message so we can proceed.

I bought it from a online market. I just insert a Sim to it. But i can't active it. Please check what happen with my phone. What i need to do for active my phone.
