I don't think anyone here can help. All my phones on my acct keep dropping all calls and I can't stay on with tech support long enough.

My DROID blacked out and I can't turn it on. It was charged. When this happened once before, there was a key combination the Verizon tech support pressed that turned it on again. Does anyone know what that key combination was?

Not sure why you posted about your Droid in an iPhone 4 space?
Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots your phone
