Early Termination: Will this unlock iphone4s

Hello,

If i pay my early termination fee, can my iphone 4s be unlocked to use with other carriers? Technically my contract would be satisfied.

You need to unlock the phone before you terminate your contract. Plus you have to satisfy the other conditions Verizon requires for customers to qualify for the SIM unlock.

Fair enough. Any idea, then, what would need to be done to qualify for my SIM to be unlocked, prior to terminating my contract? Are the "other conditions" Verizon requires posted somewhere that I could view perhaps? Or might you know?

You can't use it on other carriers other then international.
