Error 3194

Tried to upgrade my iPhone software to 4.2.10 yesterday and I get error 3194. Talked to tech support for apple for 3 hrs yesterday and got nowhere. I'm on iTunes 10.4, the newest software. Dont know if this really matters but the desktop I tried to do this from is about 13 years old. So frustrated, please help!

not trying to sound rude. i'm merely suggesting google as a very powerful tool for anything iphone related. any problem possible is addressed and is pretty easy to find quickly
