Facetime Problems

I have been trying to start Facetime with one of my friends who has an Apple iPhone and I keep getting a message saying ," the phone is unreachable code PSS 6180." Every time I call I get this message. I have no other problems calling other Apple iPhones from other states. Please help me correct this problem.

As of now both phones must be On a wifi network for FaceTime , that may be your problem

I agree it's wifi only for now. Some devices with ios6 will be able to on 3G.
