I tried downloading itunes for first time onto my iphone 4S
The screen is now frozen, black background with white apple and what looks like an empty status bar underneath.
The "sync" completed.
So I tried a "restore" but in order to back up my phone content I need to be able to get in and reopen the phone with my password, which I can't do because the screen is frozen! I don't want to lose my contacts and photos.
Can anyone HELP?
Press power and home key to reboot.
