Well, my current phone is 3g and It broke, So I am getting an Iphone by adding a new line, but I like my old number, so is it possible to get the phone on the new line and put it on the old one? would all the prices stay the same if I put it on my old phone as well?
it should. you "should" be able to add a line, get the new phone, and swap the old and new phones on the lines. however, with verizon changing their policies lately, i would make REAL sure that you can do this before you buy it. it has never been a problem in the past. i think you will have to actually activate the new phone on the new line first....but could then switch them. and fyi.....if you can find an old flip phone to activate on the new line (after switching) then you can drop the $30 data plan on the new line. it seems silly to pay $30 per line for data if you are only going to use one.
Verizon will switch your phones, they do it for me all the time. and yes get the new "shared everything plan"
