When I receive a group text from someone, I get replies from everyone else that they sent it to. Can you reply only to the sender not to all? Can I set to only receive from sender?

There is no way to do this within that message. I've found myself just starting an entirely new message to that person. It's a bit cumbersome, but at least you won't have to get messages from the entire group.
