HELP! My phone drops calls saying "Call Failed" after 1 minute.

What is the problem?  I have full bars and good signal.

Was reading something about iphone4 having issues lately and apple paying for covers in lawsuit. It was on the ticker on hln news yesterday. I know this happened long time ago to. I was having dropped calls yesterday once I saw it end.

Laurenfoster09, since it has been several days, I am hoping this issue is resolved. There may have been an issue in the area causing your calls to fail. If you are still having problems, have you rebooted your device? Have you been to any other areas to see if you pickup service? Please let me know if you are still having issues so that we can further assist.

I have seen even when I am full bars it ends. Ether the person on the other end is ending the call i was calling verizon so i don't think so. I don't know why verizon rep Gould have confirmed something to do with the phone. I know I'm not pressing end.

Is there anything we can do to our phone to try and fix this.  My phone just started dropping incoming and outgoing calls after about 30 seconds to a minute saying calls failed.  It is frustrating not being able to talk to anyone and a little nerve wracking knowing I am basically without a phone with two toddlers at home and basically no way to contact anyone in case of an emergency.

I frequently have one of three situations when talking to my wife, who also has a 4s.  She stops hearing my voice, or my voice cuts out every three seconds or so.  I stop hearing her voice.  Or, the call drops completely.  During all of these situations, we've checked our bars and we have at least three bars showing the whole time and we're in areas with good coverage.
