Help with updating apps

I am trying to update the apps that I have on my Iphone. It keeps saying "this apple id has been locked for security reasons. Visit iForgot to reset your account". When I click ok....and click reset it prompts me to my email. Then I choose reset by email....I have done this several times and then check my email to reset it, but I havent gotten any email. What do I do?

Try resetting the account through a computer?
