And I did set up autopay for it to come out of my checking account on the 4th of each month and it still hasn't been taken out. What gives?

I am sorry you're having trouble with Auto pay. It does take time to arrange the auto payment to be set up per the terms and conditions upon enrollment. When was Auto pay setup?
