I've had my iPhone since March 2011. I've never had any problems with it & other than a new little crack on the back its still in good condition. Recently (maybe for 2 weeks or so) I've been having some problems with my home button. It won't work at all & I have to just continuously press it until it finally does something. Its very frustrating. I'm pretty sure I pay for insurance every month with my bill, but I'm not sure how that works. I've read some of the other discussion forms on here & did the advice they gave to fix the button but so far I've been unsuccessful.

Theres not much you can do to fix it but when i went to verizon they told me that I just need to not touch my phone and rush right in to show them its doing it or I cant get a replacement
