I called to activate my iPhone 4 on my new plan yesterday. The rep I spoke with said it would happen automatically once I powered my old device down. I no longer have the old device and the new one (iPhone 4) has not activated. It has been over 24 hours.
I also cannot dial *228 ("call cannot be completed as dialed"). I just activated a North America plan and am trying to activate from Vancouver, BC. Please help! I am currently in Canada with no phone and no way of contacting Customer Service!
On the Verizon Wireless website search for International Support to find the number you can use to call customer service from out of the country.
