How do I block my number when calling out?

I want to prevent them from knowing that I am calling. I have to use my cell phone for business, but I do not want every client having my telephone number.

Just fyi,  If I get a call that has the number blocked, I do not answer it.  I figure if they're blocking me from seeing thier phone number, they must have a reason, and ususally it's because they don't want me to call them, and as such, I don't want them to call me either.
