How do I change a user ID

I have an IPhone 4 and am trying to download an app from ITunes. However, whenever I click the install tab, the next window has an ID, which is incorrect, and password blank.

I need to know how to delete the password stored in the phone and enter the ITunes id so I can download some apps.
I've searched throughout the phone and cannot find any link to my Profile nor stored passwords.

I've tried the Live chat and it doesn't open.

Any help appreciated.
