The 4s downgrade price value since the 5 came out anyways. So I assume you wouldn't want a different iPhone because the 5 has ios6 to. Maybe there was a glitch in updating on you alone. Your attitude of entitlement i think won't get you to fix your phone.

Hi Tidbits,

Thanks for some of your advise.  I did manage to fix the bugs and problems on my own with a patch based on pieces of information I found elsewhere and the IPhone works for now.
