I was able to use the VZ content app and it worked out perfectly.  I was trying to use it prematurely.  It was the day after not the day received that the app worked for me.  Thanks for your assistance.  Karenm30....  This matter is closed.

If you have an IPD or BBB backup, you may also extract them to get your data back.
