How do I order a phone off of verizon?

Currently I have an iPhone4. I first purchased this item in May 2011, it has worked perfectly fine until yesterday night when the lock button didn't want to click anymore. I would like to reorder the same model and I have insurance on it, I just don't know how to do it online? HELP!! Please?

Hi karinaana_

It looks like your peers had great suggestions to give us a call about the extended warranty for your iPhone. I do hope you've been able to get a working device since your original post. Just in case, I want to make sure you know where to turn for your phone.

Depending on if you have Extended Warranty (EW), Wireless Phone Protection (WPP), or Total Equipment Coverage (TEC) would depend on what's covered. It also depends on what happened with your iPhone. EW is the insurance that extends your one-year manufacturer's warranty to cover mechanical malfunctions. WPP is through Asurion Insurance and covers the phone for loss, theft, and damage. TEC is a combination of the two. You can check to see which insurance option you have at http://bit.ly/S3Tyol anytime, and if the phone was damaged you can also file your claim there.

If the phone has not been damaged in any way (if the damage didn't directly cause the button to stop working, damage still voids the warranty portion) and you have EW or TEC, then a Verizon Wireless representative at the numbers bearone21 & gina7239 suggested can assist you with replacing your device.

Thank you
