I left the USA and didn't get the chance to deactivate.

Oh no, we are saddened to hear you are looking to disconnect service, but can understand it is due to living outside of the US. You can have your service disconnected by an account manager if one is listed on your account. If one isn't listed on the account you may add them via My Verizon. Here's how:http://vz.to/1eLiJUa  If you would not like to add an account manager then you can call our Customer Service team at 1-908-559-4899.
