I have been trying to contact someone at verizon to cancel my service for weeks, but every time I can call it tells me that it is after hours (unfortunately I cannot call during work hours as it is not allowed). It specifies that hours are dependent on the line which you are calling about. Here is the problem: I moved several of my lines to a new carrier (mostly because of this customer service issues), when I moved those numbers to the new carrier they ported the numbers over as well. So one of the secondary lines (associated with a mobile hotspot pack bought while on travel) is associated with a number that is from another state.
What do I do to get my account canceled when I cannot talk to a person and the live chat function is not working?
