I recently just lost my white iPhone 4 this past weekend and suspended it and reported it as lost/ stolen. I thought it was going to be easy to switch devices with my sisters black iPhone 4. I tried doing it all online but I made the mistake of suspending the black iPhone and then picking the option of lost/stolen. I didn't think it was going to be an issue, but when I went into a Verizon store, they couldn't activate the black iPhone with my number. They gave me the *611 number and told me I need to talk to customer support and have them remove the black iPhone from the lost/stolen ID, I've called the number which is honestly pointless, there is no option where I can talk to a representative and I need this solved ASAP.
Please someone help me! I need this iPhone to be activated for work and I don't have money right now for a new phone. Thank you
