After purchasing a prepaid plan (card worked and $ was taken out of my account), I followed the instructions to activate but my phone is not picking up any indication that it is supposed to be activated. It has no signal. When I enter *228 send, nothing happens. If I try calling Customer Sc, I only get an option to add more $. I can't register at My Version because you need a registration PIN which has been sent to me via text. I can't activate the phone to get it. HELP!

I'm so sorry your having issues mic.49. I definitely want you to be up and running. Unfortunately I don't have access to prepaid accounts. I would recommend calling them from a different device at 888-294-6804.
