I bought one Verizon locked iPhone, and I can't use it, as I live in Uzbekistan. unlock this iPhone, please!!!
The Verizon Wireless iPhone 4 does not have a SIM card to unlock. It is not a global ready device. You also must meet the requirements to qualify for a SIM unlock for a global ready phone. The first requirement is you must be a Verizon Wireless customer. You do not qualify.

1. Sell it to a person who can use it on Verizon Wireless.
2. Use it as a ipod.
You cannot use it as a phone.
