Two weeks ago I worked with Verizon to get my Galaxy S4 ready to work in Australia. They set it up, said I was good to go. Now I'm in Australia and have no signal at all, just a circle with a line through it where 3G or 4G should be. This is true everywhere from the Sydney airport to Como, so not a cell tower problem. WiFi is working fine. My husband (in States) called Global Support who told him I'm set up so they don't know why it's not working, and I should call them.
I followed the site instructions to call Global Support toll-free and it says the 9085594899 calling card is not valid. I obviously can't use my phone to call them and I have no way to make the toll call to the US. Can't chat 'cause it's after hours in US.
Very, very, very frustrated.
Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Never mind... it took a while but I finally found the option to connect. Whew!
