I can't take pics because says my new phone storage is full...7.6 GB of messages it says..but there are non on there and I only have 60 pics on my phone...

My old phone was replaced because of this problem..apple tech couldn't fix it but now I got a new phone..restored it from iTunes..and now it says its full again...but there's no messages on there....can't take pics or download anything because its already full ..is it possible brand-new phone has same problem?   How can I  permanently delete messages or are they saved in space somewhere?

pamalushka54,

We want to make sure that we get your phone up and running. Can you look to see where you have the most stuff stored at. Settings>General>Usage>Storage.

This will tell you what exactly is using everything. Then you can delete things from there.
