I cannot receive calls, and i cannot get ahold of any customer service............................

I cannot receive any calls. there is an error message that comes on when my number is dialed. any help would be appreciated.

Jaason,

Lets get those calls coming through! What make/model phone do you have and what zip code are you in? Have you tried calling *73 and waiting for the call to end by itself?
