I am not receiving pics or multimedia text that people are sending me, I have unlimited text and calling and 2 gig of data I think. Do i not have something turned on properly.
Yes, in message settings turn on mms messaging
Check your settings. If they are all correct then you might want to contact VZW CS to make sure everything is good on that end.
Ada67, let's get your picture messaging working! As soupcannon suggested, you'll need to make sure MMS messaging is turned on in Settings, then Messaging. If this is already turned on, verify you are able to send picture messages. Try sending yourself one and see if you receive any errors. Dial *228 option 2 and reboot your phone. If no change, reset your network settings by going to Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings.
