My phone is "searching" I have no phone Internet or email, I am on my way out the country. Please help
Hello Bjoseph1963. Thank you for reaching out to us with regards to your phone. Did your phone ever re-establish a connection? Not sure if you have tried powering your phone off and back on. Sometimes it helps to temporarily remove your SIM card while it is powered off, and then power it back up again without the SIM card. Once service is back up again, please try dialing *228, and choose option 2. Once it has completed programming, power down, and reinsert the SIM card back in again.
