I just bought an Iphone 4s on ebay and it is sim locked on Verizon I am not from USA I am from Lithuania I got scammed and don't know what to do the seller is not responding he is gone for as far as I can tell... Can I do something about the phone to get unlocked or can I call Verizon in Europe or USA ? please help me

You are required to be a current Verizon Wireless customer along with other requirements to qualify for the SIM unlock code from Verizon Wireless. I would suggest filing a complaint with ebay and the seller for misrepresenting the product you purchased.

I got an email from ebay that they will contact the user but there is no money back

guarantee so if I wont get my money back and Verizon cant unlock the sim whats the use of the use of the phone ?
