I am about to through my I phone out the door. I pay alot of money to have this phone and I drop calls all the time at home suddenly since September. I have called and no one really helped me. I am paying for nothing right now, no service I mean. It drops calls, I have trouble connecting to internet and the only solution you can give me is to switch to an android and wave my fee to switch out early. What about paying for that new phone. I have been a verizon customer for more than 20 years. and this is the best you can do for me. We have 4 phones in the house. All the others are working fine. I take good care of my phone and no one has been helpful . They said they would call me back, however no one has.
