I want to connect my iPhone 4 to my MacBook Pro (OS 10.8.X) directly to share files, without a LAN or cable or iCloud. Is this possible and how is it done. I've tried bluetooth and that does not work. Does Verizon have something to do with this?
Thank you for your time and response.
Matt

Thanks for asking, TooTall-II. We can get those files transferred, but you will need the aid of a USB cable , iCloud, Verizon Cloud or LAN. The only other way you may be able to do it is via Bluetooth, but depending on how large the files are, it may take a while.
You may want to check with Apple on how to do that
