I just upgraded to iPhone 5 yesterday and I want to sell my iPhone 4. I have the new phone activated, but the old phone still is on the 3G. How do I get the phone deactivated so I can sell it? Do I just have to wait? If so, how long.

Congrats on your new iPhone 5 loudy. Its an awesome device and I know you will love it like I love my iPhone 4. If you're looking to sell your iPhone 4, we would love to be in the running to buy it. You can use our recycle program here to find out what you could receive for it http://bit.ly/GGnDDC. Yes, you can deactivate it from your line if you have another phone to put on the acct temporarily until you receive your phone. You can also start the process and when you get your new phone, then deactivate. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
