the icon for messages must have been accidently removed when trying to move icons around. How can I get the that icon back? Do I get it from apps?
Messages still appear coming in, but I have to send messages through google. thank you
Oh dear josieg! There doesn't appear to be a way to remove the messages completely from an iPhone, but you may have moved the icon into a folder. Check all of your icons on each screen to see if you have some that have multiple small icons. If so, that is a folder. You'll need to tap and hold the Messages folder when you find it and drag it back to where you want it. That is also the way it was moved into the folder, by dragging it on top of another icon.
