Thank you for those replies. I saw some entries just 1 minute, it got charged 3 minutes, so I wonder why ?

I never think that they start timing from the time we click on "call"  because if the other side does not pick up the phone, how can they charge teh minute,

So, this does not make sense to me. I think they can start charging when the other side pick up the phone.

Anyway, if that is the way Verizon is doing it.... I & all people here will switch to AT&T when we are done with this plan.
