Incoming calls while talking not showing up, just a beep.  This was working but suddenly stopped, any help?

Viewing those calls is very important to staying connected moto1. Let's perform some trouble-shooting that will help with this issue. Dial *228 option 1. Allow programming to complete. The device may restart, then dial #832 SEND. Hang up after a successful test call. Hopefully this will eliminate the issue but if you continue to have issues, we will need to check your account features to ensure call waiting is on the account properly. Please keep us posted.
