I haven't downloaded any of the updates to my IPhone 4 therefore, I can't use the cloud to backup my old phone. I tried to backup using ITunes, but I keep getting a message that I am not connected to the internet which is incorrect. I turned off the router and back on to no avail. I even deleted ITunes and reinstalled it. I can't download any of the updates. Any ideas?
I know how important it is to have your information backed up on your iPhone. Because iTunes is not a Verizon Wireless product you would be better off contacting Apple directly. You can visit http://www.apple.com/support/ for further assistance with iTunes.
