i have a friend with an Iphone 4 and their account i believe is delinquent for non payment or they havent paid the early termination fee. Is it possible for me to switch my current Droid 3 phone to their account and activate the Iphone on my account?

If their account was still active you would have been able to do so you should always make device changes while the account is active and not suspended and before the account is deactivated ask them to reactivate their service temporarily or pay the past due balance and have them to wave the ETF because they reactivated service then swap the phones but it has to be an inactive phone buy a prepay phone from wal-mart and not activate it yet don't turn it on yet! have them log on to their My Verizon online after they reinstated their service and do a device change enter in the prepay phone MEID/ESN the one you bought from wal-mart then after that dial *228 send to activate it on you're friends account. That will release the iPhone from their account and once its released from their account can you then log into you're account and do a device change and enter the MEID of the iPhone and activate it. It works I know a friend of mine done it for me I paid the past due amount for them to get the service reinstated and done the same thing I described above worked fine.
